بيروت - رويترز - قالت وكالة الاعلام اللبنانية ان الشاعر والاديب اللبناني المخضرم سعيد عقل توفي اليوم الجمعة عن عمر يناهز 102 عام.

ولد عقل الذي يعتبر من أبرز الشعراء العرب المعاصرين في البقاع في شرق لبنان عام 1912 وعمل في التعليم والصحافة وكان من اعظم الشعراء المعاصرين ولقب بالشاعر الصغير لانه كان شاعرا منذ طفولته.

وتميز شعره بالتجديد وكتب قصائد عدة خص بها البلدان العربية غنت فيروز منها: سيف فليشهر وغنيت مكة وأحب دمشق وشط الاسكندرية.
