عمان - بترا - اعلن البنك الاهلي الاردني عن توقيع اتفاق مبدئي مع احد البنوك التجارية اللبنانية لشراء كامل حصص البنك الاهلي الاردني في البنك الاهلي الدولي في لبنان التي تمثل 97 بالمئة من اجمالي المساهمات.
وقال في افصاح نشره على موقع بورصة عمان أمس ان نتائج المباحثات افضت الى توقيع اتفاق مبدئي، وسيتم الابلاغ عن الاجراءات التي ستحدث لاستكمال اجراءات البيع.
