اوعز مدير الامن العام اللواء الركن حسين الحواتمه للجهات المعنية بالتحقيق في كافة الشكاوى التي وردت من مواطنين وتتعلق بالمخالفات الغيابية التي سجلت بحقهم دون اغفال اية شكوى واتخاذ الاجراءات القانونية اللازمة حيالها.

كما ووجه مدير الامن العام بايقاف المخالفات الغيابية واعتماد المخالفة الوجاهية لتجنب الوقوع بالخطأ ولتحقيق الغاية المرجوة من المخالفة وهي تنبيه الاخوة السائقين وتوعيتهم بالمخالفة المرتكبة ومدى خطورتها، وتسليمه المخالفة وجاهيا.
