عمان - بترا - فاز مرشح الاردن المستشار القانوني في وزارة التنمية الاجتماعية عايش العواملة برئاسة اللجنة العربية الاستشارية لحقوق الطفل التي تشكلت بتكليف من مجلس وزراء الشؤون الاجتماعية العرب.
ويشغل العواملة منصب مدير الشؤون القانونية في وزارة التنمية الاجتماعية، وعضو في اللجنة الدائمة لحقوق الانسان في وزارة الخارجية واللجنة العليا لمكافحة الاتجار بالبشر واللجنة التنسيقية العليا لدى المركز الوطني لحقوق الانسان، اضافة الى مشاركته بعضوية الوفد الاردني لمناقشة التقرير الدوري في مجال حقوق الإنسان جنيف2008 وخبير في انجاز وثائق ودراسات لدى جامعة الدول العربية.
ويأتي قرار مجلس وزراء الشؤون الاجتماعية العرب في اطار تنفيذ اعلان مراكش الصادر عن المؤتمر العربي الرابع لحقوق الطفل لعام2010 والذي تضمن الإعلان عن تفعيل القوانيين السارية وسن التشريعات اللازمة لتجريم انتهاكات حقوق الطفل وحمايته من مختلف اشكال الاستغلال والعنف والاهمال وسوء المعاملة.
