عمان - بترا - باعت الشركة الأردنية لإعادة تمويل الرهن العقاري اصدارها المائة وثمانية وأربعين من أسناد قرض الشركة، وعددها (1000) سند بقيمة اسمية مليون دينار.
وقال مدير عام الشركة ابراهيم الظاهر في تصريح صحفي أمس ان الشركة باعت اصدارها لأجل سنتين بسعر فائدة ثابت 50ر4 بالمئة سنويا تستحق ب2016/3/20.
واضاف انه تم منح حصيلة بيع الإصدار كقرض لإحدى شركات التأجير التمويلي لإعادة تمويل عقود تأجير تمويلي عقارية ممنوحة من قبلها.
وتعمل الشركة على تطوير وتفعيل سوق التمويل الإسكاني بتوفير التمويل متوسط وطويل الأجل للبنوك والمؤسسات المالية التي تمنح قروضاً سكنية وعلى تطوير سوق رأس المال من خلال قيام الشركة بطرح أسناد قرض في سوق رأس المال المحلي مما يساعد في زيادة الأدوات الاستثمارية المتاحة في السوق .
