ارتفعت الاحتياطيات الأجنبية للبنك المركزي الأردني بنحو 2.9 مليار دولار بنهاية آب، مقارنةً بمستواها المسجل نهاية العام الماضي، وبلغت نحو 28.4 مليار دولار.

ووفقا للبنك المركزي، يكفي هذا المستوى من الاحتياطيات لتغطية مستوردات الأردن من السلع والخدمات مدة 9.2 شهراً، بما يتجاوز 3 أضعاف المعيار الدولي لكفاية الاحتياطيات.

كما يؤكد متانة وقوة أسس الاستقرار النقدي والمالي، والبيئة الاقتصادية الجاذبة في المملكة.
