أحبطت المنطقة العسكرية الشمالية، الأحد، محاولة تسلل أربعة أشخاص عبر إحدى واجهاتها الحدودية، بعد أن رصدتهم قوات حرس الحدود أثناء محاولتهم اجتياز الحدود بطريقة غير مشروعة.

وتعاملت قوات حرس الحدود مع المتسللين وفق قواعد الاشتباك، وتمكنت من إلقاء القبض عليهم، وتحويلهم إلى الجهات المختصة لاتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة بحقهم.

وتواصل القوات المسلحة الأردنية تنفيذ مهامها في تأمين الحدود وحمايتها من محاولات التسلل والأنشطة غير المشروعة، حفاظا على أمن المملكة وسيادتها.
