عُقدت في معهد تدريب مهني الطفيلة (ذكور) اليوم، دورة تدريبية متخصصة بعنوان "إدارة وتقييم الأداء"، بمشاركة مدير إقليم الجنوب المهندس جعفر الصرايرة، ومدراء المعاهد، ورؤساء أقسام شؤون الموظفين في معاهد إقليم الجنوب.

وهدفت الدورة إلى تزويد المشاركين بالمهارات العملية والمعارف النظرية الخاصة بتعليمات إدارة الأداء وآليات تطبيقها، إلى جانب التدريب العملي على كيفية تعبئة نماذج تقارير تقييم الأداء بشكل دقيق.

وتولى تقديم محاور الدورة رأفت الغرابلي وفاديا الساحوري، حيث تناولا الموضوعات التطبيقية المتعلقة بآليات تقييم الأداء وتعبئة النماذج الرسمية، ضمن خطة مؤسسة التدريب المهني لتطوير كفاءة الكوادر الإدارية وتحسين جودة العمل المؤسسي.
