أبدت فرنسا استعدادها للمساهمة في "تأمين" منشآت الطاقة السعودية التي تتعرّض لهجمات على أيدي الحوثيين اليمنيين المدعومين من إيران، وذلك في إطار "نهج دفاعي بحت"، وفق ما أفاد مصدر دبلوماسي.

وقال المصدر إن "فرنسا مستعدة للمساهمة في تأمين البنية التحتية للطاقة السعودية في ينبع وعلى امتداد خط أنابيب الشرق-الغرب، في إطار نهج دفاعي بحت"، مشددا على أن "ذلك لا ينطوي بأي حال من الأحوال على المشاركة في النزاع ضدّ الحوثيين".
