تعمل فرنسا على إعداد مشروع قرار جديد في مجلس الأمن الدولي يهدف إلى إعادة فتح مضيق هرمز أمام حركة الملاحة، وفق ما أفاد مصدر دبلوماسي الصحافيين.

وقال المصدر "تريد فرنسا العمل مع الأميركيين وشركائها على مشروع قرار في مجلس الأمن يضمن حرية الملاحة في مضيق هرمز".

وفي نيسان/أبريل الماضي، استخدمت روسيا والصين حقّ النقض (الفيتو) ضد مشروع قرار صاغته البحرين بدعم من دول الخليج والولايات المتحدة، وكان يدعو أيضا إلى إعادة فتح مضيق هرمز.
