مالي تعلن تحرير 82 جنديا من جماعات مسلحة

أعلنت هيئة الأركان العامة للقوات المسلحة المالية، الخميس، تحرير 82 جنديا كانوا محتجزين لدى جماعات مسلحة منذ 25 أبريل/ نيسان الماضي.

وقالت هيئة الأركان، في بيان، إنه جرى تحرير 82 جنديا اختطفتهم جماعات مسلحة مرتبطة بـ"جماعة نصرة الإسلام والمسلمين" الموالية لتنظيم القاعدة، و"جبهة تحرير أزواد".

وأضاف البيان أن الحالة الصحية للجنود جيدة، وأنهم وُضعوا تحت إشراف الجهات المختصة.

وشكرت هيئة الأركان الشعب المالي على دعمه المستمر لقوات الدفاع والأمن، داعية إلى مواصلة مساندة القوات الحكومية في مكافحة الإرهاب والحفاظ على اليقظة.

وتشهد مالي منذ 2012 أزمة أمنية حادة، حيث سيطرت جماعات إرهابية مرتبطة بالقاعدة من أبرزها "نصرة الإسلام والمسلمين" وتنظيم "داعش في الصحراء الكبرى" على أجزاء واسعة من الشمال، والوسط، إلى جانب حركات انفصالية طوارقية، مثل "جبهة تحرير أزواد".
