أصدرت السلطات الأوكرانية في الساعات الأولى من يوم الخميس تحذيرا من هجوم صاروخي في كييف حيث سمع صحافي من وكالة فرانس برس دوي انفجارات قوية بعد ذلك بقليل.

وأعلنت الإدارة العسكرية للعاصمة على تلغرام "تحذيرا جويا في كييف بسبب خطر استخدام أسلحة بالستية. توجهوا فورا إلى أقرب ملجأ وابقوا فيه حتى زوال الخطر".
