المحكمة العسكرية اللبنانية تخلي سبيل فضل شاكر

وافقت المحكمة العسكرية اللبنانية الدائمة على إخلاء سبيل الفنان فضل شاكر في القضايا الأمنية الأربع المقامة ضده، وأبرزها ملف عبرا.

وبحسب ما ذكرت وكالة الأنباء اللبنانية، أخلت المحكمة سبيل فضل شاكر في ثلاث قضايا مقابل كفالة مالية قدرها 100 مليون ليرة لكل ملف، وكفالة بقيمة 200 مليون ليرة لملف عبرا.

وعُرض الملف على مفوض الحكومة لدى المحكمة العسكرية، الذي نظر ووافق على إخلاء سبيله في القضايا الثلاث، فيما لا يزال يدرس ملف عبرا إذا كان سيستأنفه أم لا.
