أصدر الرئيس السوري أحمد الشرع مرسوما بتعيين رئيس وأعضاء المحكمة الدستورية العليا.

وذكرت وكالة الأنباء السورية "سانا"، الثلاثاء، أن المرسوم رقم 149 لعام 2026 قضى بتعيين عصام خالد الخليف رئيسا للمحكمة الدستورية العليا.

كما نص على تعيين 6 أعضاء في المحكمة هم القاضي المستشار خير الله نديم غنوم، والقاضي المستشار محمد مصطفى سبيع، والقاضي المستشار إيمان أنطوان نوري.

كما شملت التعيينات كلا من إسماعيل حمادي الخلفان، وريعان حسن كحيلان، وعارف أحمد الشعال.

وفي 13 مارس/ آذار 2025، وقع الشرع إعلانا دستوريا حدد المرحلة الانتقالية في البلاد بخمس سنوات.

ونصت المادة 47 من الإعلان على إحداث محكمة دستورية عليا تتألف من 7 أعضاء يسميهم رئيس الجمهورية من ذوي النزاهة والكفاءة والخبرة، على أن ينظم تشكيلها وآلية عملها واختصاصاتها بقانون.
