المياه تضبط حفارة مخالفة وردم بئر غير قانونية في معان

ضبطت وزارة المياه والري/ سلطة المياه حفارة مخالفة أثناء قيامها بحفر بئر مخالفة في منطقة أذرح غدير الحاج بمحافظة معان، ضمن الحملات التفتيشية المستمرة لإحكام السيطرة على مصادر المياه.

وقالت الوزارة، في بيان لها، إن كوادر وحدة الرقابة الداخلية ومديرية الأحواض المائية والمشاغل المركزية، وبالتعاون مع مديرية الأمن العام/ شرطة محافظة معان وقوات الدرك، ضبطت الحفارة المخالفة خلال تنفيذ جولات رقابية يوم الجمعة.

وأضافت أن الكوادر الفنية قامت بردم البئر المخالفة، فيما جرى حجز الحفارة لدى مديرية المشاغل المركزية في سلطة المياه، وتنظيم الضبوطات الخاصة بالواقعة لاستكمال التحقيق واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة وتطبيق أحكام القانون.
