أبلغ حزب الله السلطات اللبنانية الخميس رفضه اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار المعلن في واشنطن بين لبنان وإسرائيل، وفق ما أفاد مسؤول في الحزب وكالة فرانس برس.

وقال المسؤول طالبا عدم الكشف عن اسمه، إن هذا الموقف الذي أعلنه في وقت سابق الخميس الأمين العام لحزب الله نعيم قاسم، نُقل إلى رئيس مجلس النواب نبيه بري.

وكان الرئيس اللبناني جوزاف عون أفاد بأنه ينتظر رد الحزب على هذا الاتفاق المعلن الأربعاء لنقله الى الولايات المتحدة. ونص الاتفاق على وقف شامل لإطلاق النار مشروط "بوقف نهائي" لإطلاق النار من جانب حزب الله وانسحابه من جنوب نهر الليطاني.
