عممت هيئة الإعلام، على كل وسائل الإعلام كتاب نائب عام محكمة الجنايات الكبرى والمتضمن قرار حظر النشر في قضية مطلق النار في منطقة الأشرفية.

وطالب الكتاب وسائل الإعلام التقيد بعدم نشر أي معلومات تتعلق بهذه القضية أو مجريات التحقيق فيها أو نشر أو إعادة نشر أو تداول أي صور أو فيديوهات تتعلق بها لما لذلك من أثر سلبي على مجريات التحقيق وذلك تحت طائلة المسؤولية الجزائية.

ويأتي هذا القرار استناداً لاحكام المادة (225 )من قانون اصول المحاكمات الجزائية والمادتين (38 و 39) من قانون المطبوعات والنشر .
