أحالت المؤسسة العامة للغذاء والدواء 30 موقعا وصفحة ومنصة رقمية إلى الجهات المختصة منذ بداية العام، لرصدها ترويجا وبيعا للأدوية خارج الأطر القانونية، بالتنسيق مع الجهات الأمنية.

وأكدت المؤسسة استمرارها في ضبط ومخالفة التداول الإلكتروني للأدوية، ضمن دورها الرقابي لضمان سلامة الدواء وصحة المواطنين.

وأوضحت أن بيع الأدوية والترويج لها عبر التطبيقات ومواقع التواصل والمنصات الرقمية يعد مخالفا للتشريعات، التي تحصر صرف الأدوية بالصيدليات المرخصة وتحت إشراف صيدلي.

وأضافت أنها تواصل رصد هذه المخالفات واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية بحقها، داعية إلى تحري الدقة في نشر المعلومات، ومشددة على أهمية التعاون للإبلاغ عن أي ممارسات مخالفة.
