أعلن استشاري الأمراض النسيجية الدكتور حسام أبو فرسخ إن فحص الحمل لأحد الرجال كان إيجابيا.

وقال ابو فرسخ في منشور عبر حسابه على فيسبوك: "فحص الحمل كان إيجابيا عند رجل عمره 42 سنة".

وأضاف: "هذا كان عند مريض جاءني قبل اسبوعين وتبين ان فحص الحمل كان ايجابيا نتيجة افرازه من ورم في البنكرياس منتشر للكبد. بعدما اخذت عينات من ورم الكبد تحت الاشعة المقطعية وفحصه تحت المجهر تبين ان الورم يفرز هرمون الحمل. وهذا يمثل حالة نادرة من الاورام ولها علاجها الخاص".

وبين ان "الفيديو يظهر عملية اخذ الخزعة من الكبد والفحص النسيجي الذي اكتشف الورم".
