بمناسبة احتفالات المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية بمئوية تأسيس الدولة الأردنية يرعى رئيس جامعة العلوم والتكنولوجيا الأردنية الأستاذ الدكتور صائب خريسات ملتقى عمداء البحث العلمي في الجامعات الأردنية والتي تنظمه عمادة البحث العلمي في الجامعة في تمام الساعة العاشرة من صباحاً يوم الخميس الموافق 2021729 .

ويهدف الملتقى الى بحث امكانية توحيد جهود دعم البحث العلمي، و تعزيز التشاركية بين المراكز و المختبرات البحثية في الجامعات الاردنية، و تشكيل فرق بحث وطنية من الجامعات المختلفة، و تعزيز الشراكة مع الصناعة، و تحديد اولويات بحثية وطنية.

وقال رئيس جامعة العلوم والتكنولوجيا الأردنية الدكتور صائب خريسات، ان هذا الملتقى يأتي تجسيداً للرؤى الملكية السامية الساعية لدعم العلماء وتعزيز دور البحث العلمي و التوجيهات المنبثقة عن الورقة النقاشية السابعة لجلالة الملك. و تأتي مبادرة جامعة العلوم و التكنولوجيا هذه لتعزيز العمل المشترك و توحيد الجهود على المستوى الوطني لتفعيل دور البحث العلمي في التنمية العلمية و الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية و نحن مقبلون على دخول المئوية الثانية من عمر الدولة الأردنية.
