عمان - بترا - ناقش أعضاء لجنة الصحة والبيئة والإسكان في مجلس الاعيان خلال اجتماع أمس الاربعاء برئاسة الدكتور ياسين الحسبان الآثار البيئية والصحية للمشروع النووي الاردني. وعرض كل من وزير الصحة الأسبق زيد حمزة، ورئيس جمعية اصدقاء البيئة الاردنية الدكتور ايوب ابو دية، وعضو الجمعية الدكتور باسل برقان لمخاطر المشروع النووي الاردني والتنقيب عن اليورانيوم من حيث الإضرار بالبيئة والصحة العامة.
ودعوا الى ضرورة التحول نحو الطاقة المتجددة والنظيفة، والتراجع عن المشروع النووي تطبيقا «لمبدأ الاجراء الاحترازي» الذي يشكل قاعدة اخلاقية تمنح الحق بوقف اي خطورة يمكن ان تؤدي الى تلوث او ضرر بالبيئة على نحو ما.
