عمان - الرأي - قرر مجلس هيئة الاوراق المالية معاقبة شركات لم تقم بتزويد الهيئة ببياناتها المالية.
فقد قرر تعليق تداول أعضاء مجلس الإدارة والمدير العام والمدير المالي على أسهم الشركات المتداولة التالية، كل في أسهم شركته، والتي لم تقم بتزويد الهيئة بالتقرير السنوي لعام 2011 لغاية تاريخه أو لم تقم بتزويد الهيئة بالبيانات المالية المدققة السنوية لعام 2011، سواء بالتداول لمصلحتهم الشخصية أو من خلال الشركات من غير المساهمة العامة المسيطر عليها من قبلهم: البنك التجاري الأردني، العربية الألمانية للتأمين، الأردنية للتعمير، الجميل للاستثمارات العامة، درويش الخليلي وأولاده، النموذجية للمطاعم، مصفاة البترول الأردنية.
