تعيش المطربة اللبنانية قمر حالة من التوتر والقلق على مستقبلها الفني داخل مصر ، بعد أن حددت محكمة مصر الجديدة الأول من يونيه القادم موعدا للنطق بالحكم في قضيتها مع جمال مروان رئيس ميلودي والذي اتهمها بالسب والقذف بسبب الخلاف الناتج عن التعاقد بينها وبين الشركة .
وكانت قمر طلبت فسخ عقدها مع الشركة دون سداد الشرط الجزائي وقدره مليون دولار فقرر قاضي بيروت منعها من الغناء في لبنان لتكون بذلك ممنوعة عن الغناء في مصر ولبنان . والاتهامات التي وجهت لقمر ، تعمد ارسال رسائل مزعجة ومضايقة ، والسب والقذف التي تصل تهمتها لستة شهور ، بعد أن دخلت في مشاحنات مع رئيس موليدي وهددته بإيذائه هو واسرته واستعانت ببعض محترفي الاجرام لتهديده لمطالبته لها بتسديد الشرط الجزائي
