عادة ما يستخدم تصوير الميل والإزاحة لمحاكاة مشاهد المجسمات، مثل سيارات لعبة على طريق سريع أو مجسمات لمنطقة سير أو نماذج لطائرات في مطار.
وبفضل مواقع الصور وأفلام الفيديو مثل «فليكر» و « فيميو»، أصبح فن الميل والإزاحة ظاهرة عامة في السنوات الأخيرة.
ويستلزم الميل والإزاحة تدوير العدسة المنبسطة مع ما يتناسب مع مستوى الصورة وهو ما يسمى الميل وتحريك العدسة لتوازي مستوى الصورة وهو ما يسمى الإزاحة.
وإذا لم تكن تمتلك العدسة الخاصة باهظة الثمن المطلوبة يمكنك تحميل صورك على مواقع متخصصة في الميل والإزاحة لترى التأثير.
