قال الرئيس فلاديمير بوتين الخميس إن روسيا مستعدة لاستئناف المحادثات الثلاثية مع أوكرانيا والولايات المتحدة، لكن بشأن المعايير الأمنية لاتفاق سلام نهائي وليس حول هدنة "قصيرة الأجل".

وصرح بوتين لأحد مراسلي التلفزيون الرسمي "سيكون الهدف من هذه المناقشات معالجة مسألة ضمان الأمن لكل من أوكرانيا وروسيا... في إطار اتفاق نهائي، وليس بعد مجرد توقف قصير في القتال".
