نائب عام عمان يقرر حظر النشر في قضية أحداث مستشفى النديم بمادبا

قرر نائب عام عمان الدكتور حسن العبداللات وعملاً بأحكام المادة 39 من قانون المطبوعات والنشر والمادة 225 من قانون العقوبات حظر النشر في القضية التحقيقية المتعلقة بالأحداث التي تمت في مستشفى النديم - في محافظة مادبا.

وبين القرار أن على كافة الوسائل الإعلامية المرئية والمسموعة والمقروءة ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي التقيد بعدم نشر أي أخبار أو معلومات تتعلق بموضوع القضية، أو مجريات التحقيق فيها، أو التأثير في سير العدالة، وتحت طائلة المسؤولية القانونية والقضائية المترتبة على ذلك.

وأضاف أن القرار يشمل منع تداول أو إعادة نشر صور أو فيديوهات أو معلومات تتعلق بالقضية موضوع التحقيق، مع الإشارة إلى أن هذا الحظر يشمل كافة ما يرد من أخبار تتعلق بالقضية أو حظر النشر وتداوله.
