أنتجت المخابز الأردنية المتنقلة في غزة، وعددها ثلاثة، أكثر من 69 مليون رغيف خبز منذ بداية 2025 وحتى منتصف شهر تشرين الأول الحالي، بحسب أرقام منظمة المطبخ المركزي العالمي التي تشرف على عمليات المخابز في غزة.

والمخابز المتنقلة في غزة هي مبادرة أردنية جاءت بتوجيهات ملكية لتوفير احتياجات الأشقاء في مختلف مناطق غزة وضمان الإمدادات من مادة الخبز. وتصل الطاقة الإنتاجية اليومية لكل مخبز نحو 70 ألف رغيف خبز.

وأرسل الأردن المخابز المتنقلة على دفعتين، إذ باشر المخبز الأول عملياته في شهر كانون الثاني من عام 2025، بينما تم ارسال مخبزين آخرين في نهاية العام الماضي.

يشار إلى أن منظمة المطبخ المركزي العالمي، هي منظمة دولية غير حكومية توفر وجبات ومساعدات غذائية للمتضررين من الصراعات والكوارث حول العالم.
