محكمة أمن الدولة تشدد الأحكام بحق المتعاملين بمادة الكريستال المخدرة

في إطار الجهود الوطنية المبذولة لمكافحة المواد المخدرة أصدرت محكمة أمن الدولة عدداً من الأحكام المشددة بقضايا التعاطي والترويج لمادة الكريستال المخدرة.

أصدرت المحكمة مؤخراً احكاماً بقضايا تتعلق بحيازة مادة الكريستال المخدرة بقصد التعاطي وتعاطي هذه المادة بالحبس لمدة تصل الى ثلاث سنوات وغرامة (٢٥٠٠) دينار.

كما وأصدرت أحكاما بالوضع بالأشغال المؤقتة لمدة خمس سنوات وغرامة (٥٠٠٠) دينار لعدد من الأشخاص الذين ثبت قيامهم بترويج مادة الكريستال المخدرة.
