حقق السناتور فلافيو بولسونارو تقدما كبيرا على الرئيس لويس إيناسيو لولا دا سيلفا بعد فرز نحو ثلثي الاصوات الأحد في الجولة الأولى من الانتخابات الرئاسية البرازيلية.

وحصل السناتور اليميني على 49,58% من الأصوات مقابل 42,25% للولا، في حين لم تتجاوز نسب المرشحين الآخرين أرقاما أحادية.
