أعرب مجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية عن إدانته الشديدة للاعتداءات الحوثية بالصواريخ الباليستية والطائرات المسيرة التي استهدفت مدينتي الرياض وخميس مشيط في المملكة العربية السعودية، مؤكدا أن هذا التصعيد الخطير يمثل انتهاكا سافرا لسيادة السعودية وتهديدا مباشرا لأمن وسلامة المدنيين واستقرار المنطقة.

وأكد أمين عام المجلس جاسم محمد البديوي، في بيان اليوم السبت، وقوف دول مجلس التعاون صفا واحدا مع المملكة العربية السعودية، ودعمها الكامل لكل ما تتخذه من إجراءات لحماية أمنها وسيادتها وسلامة أراضيها، داعيا المجتمع الدولي إلى اتخاذ موقف حازم يضع حدا لهذه الاعتداءات الحوثية المتكررة.
