قالت وزارة الخارجية الفرنسية، اليوم الاثنين إن الانتخابات البرلمانية الروسية التي يتجه فيها حزب روسيا المتحدة الحاكم إلى تحقيق فوز مريح لم تستوف شروط الانتخابات الحرة، مضيفة أن تنظيم اقتراع في الأراضي الأوكرانية المحتلة يمثل انتهاكا آخر للقانون الدولي.

وأضافت الوزارة في بيان “تصاعد القمع ضد المجتمع المدني والمعارضة واستبعاد العديد من الأحزاب السياسية وتشديد القيود على حرية التعبير وحظر وسائل الإعلام المستقلة كلها عوامل قوضت قدرة الشعب الروسي على تكوين خياراته السياسية والتعبير عنها بحرية”.
