توفي الاثنين مؤذن المسجد الحرام الشيخ إبراهيم بن عادل مدني، أحد أعضاء مكبرية المسجد الحرام عن عمر ناهز (51 عاما)، وفق ما نقلته قناة الإخبارية السعودية.

وكان الشيخ إبراهيم المدني أحد مؤذني المسجد الحرام، البالغ عددهم 24 مؤذنًا أساسيًا، يتناوب 6 منهم يوميًا على رفع الأذان للصلوات الخمس، إضافة إلى أذان الفجر الأول.

وعُرف المدني بأداء أذان الفجر والتكبيرات، إلى جانب قيامه بمهمة "التبليغ" خلف الإمام في مكبرية المسجد الحرام.
