شهد مجمع سفريات اربد المركزي المعروف بمجمع عمان الجديد في مدينة إربد حادثة طريفة تمثلت بسماع عدد من العاملين أصوات شخص يستغيث من داخل أحد الدورات الصحية في المجمع بعد إغلاقها وانتهاء العمل فيها.

وبحسب الناطق الأعلامي للبلدية وبعد سماع صوت الشخص داخل الحمام جرى التواصل مع كوادر الدفاع المدني التي حضرت إلى الموقع وقامت بخلع قفل باب الحمام ليتبين وجود أحد السائقين في الداخل والذي يعمل على أحد الخطوط العاملة في المجمع.

وأشار بأن السائق كان قد نُسي داخل الحمام عقب إغلاقه وانتهاء أعمال اليوم ليجد نفسه محاصرا خلف الباب المغلق قبل أن يتم اكتشاف وجوده وإخراجه بعد سماع صوته.

وأشارت البلدية إلى أن الحادثة انتهت دون وقوع أي إصابات بعد فتح الباب وإخراج العامل من المكان.
