كما أكدت الهيئة في بيان، أن قيمة الاستهلاك الكهربائي في الفاتورة تُحتسب وفق كمية الكهرباء المستهلكة والتعرفة المعتمدة والمعلنة، وليس استناداً إلى تقديرات أو نسب متداولة.

وشددت على أن أبوابها وقنوات الاتصال معها مفتوحة أمام المواطنين ووسائل الإعلام لأي استفسار أو توضيح يتعلق بالتعرفة أو فاتورة الكهرباء، مؤكدة حرصها على الشفافية وحماية حقوق المشتركين وتقديم المعلومة الدقيقة والواضحة
