صادق الرئيس المصري عبدالفتاح السيسي على القانون رقم 148 لسنة 2026، المتعلق بتعديل بعض أحكام القانون رقم 147 لسنة 1984 بشأن فرض رسم تنمية الموارد المالية للدولة، وذلك عقب نشره في الجريدة الرسمية ليدخل حيز التنفيذ .

وينص التعديل الجديد على فرض رسم بقيمة 100 جنيه على كل من يغادر الأراضي المصرية، مع استثناء عدد من الفئات من السداد، تشمل سائقي سيارات نقل الركاب والبضائع العمومية من المصريين والأجانب، إضافة إلى العاملين على خطوط الشاحنات العابرة للمنافذ الحدودية.

وعزت مصلحة الضرائب المصرية الأمر إلى أسباب لا تتعلق بفرض زيادة جديدة، وإنما بتوحيد رسم كان مطبقًا بالفعل، بعد إلغاء استثناء سابق خُصص لتشجيع السياحة في عدد من المحافظات.
