قال الرئيس الأميركي دونالد ترامب الخميس إن "كل شيء يسير بشكل استثنائي" فيما يتعلق بإيران، معربا عن سعادته بأداء وزير الدفاع الأميركي بيت هيغسيث.

وأضاف ترامب، في منشور على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، أنه سعيد جدا بالعمل الذي يقوم به هيغسيث، نافيا صحة تقرير تحدث عن خلاف بينهما بشأن مخاوف من نفاد مخزون الصواريخ بسبب الحرب مع إيران.

وقال ترامب إن إيران "تعرضت لهزيمة قاسية على يد الولايات المتحدة" بهدف منعها نهائيا من امتلاك سلاح نووي.
