دان رئيس البرلمان العربي محمد بن أحمد اليماحي محاولات استهداف المنشآت البترولية في المنطقة الشرقية بالمملكة العربية السعودية، التي نفذتها ميليشيات تابعة لإيران بطائرات مسيرة، مشيدًا بكفاءة الدفاعات الجوية السعودية ويقظتها العالية في اعتراض هذه المسيّرات وتدميرها قبل بلوغ أهدافها.

وأكد اليماحي أن هذه الاعتداءات تمثل انتهاكًا صارخًا للقانون الدولي، وتهديدًا مباشرًا لأمن المملكة، وسلامة المنشآت الحيوية والنفطية، وتمثل تهديدًا لأمن الطاقة في المنطقة والعالم، مشددًا على تضامن البرلمان العربي مع المملكة العربية السعودية في حفظ أمنها واستقرارها وصون سيادتها وحماية منشآتها الحيوية.
