واشنطن تصدر عقوبات جديدة مرتبطة بإيران تستهدف ناقلات

أظهر إشعار نشر على الموقع الإلكتروني لوزارة الخزانة الأميركية أن إدارة الرئيس دونالد ترامب أصدرت الأربعاء جولة جديدة من العقوبات المرتبطة بإيران استهدفت ثماني ناقلات وعشرة كيانات.

وقالت وزارة الخارجية الأميركية، إن هذه العقوبات تدعم جهود البحرية الأميركية لفرض حصار على الموانئ والسواحل الإيرانية.

وأضافت "سنعمل مع الشركاء لضمان عدم تمكن إيران من اتخاذ التجارة الدولية رهينة لتمويل أنشطتها".

وقال الرئيس الأميركي دونالد ترامب، الأربعاء، إن الولايات المتحدة ستوجه ضربات قوية إلى إيران.

وبحسب ما نقلته شبكة "فوكس نيوز" عن ترامب، قال: "سنضربهم بقوة، وسيتعرضون لضرب مبرح".

وأعلنت القوات الأميركية شن غارات على مقرات للحشد الشعبي العراقي، الذي يضم مجموعات مسلحة موالية لإيران.
