وفي المقابل، انخفض مؤشر نازداك الأميركي المركب، 55 نقطة ليصل إلى 24876 نقطة، فيما ارتفع مؤشر "ستاندرد آند بورز" (S&P 500) نحو 15 نقطة ليغلق عند 7428 نقطة.

من جانب آخر، انخفض سعر النفط الأميركي "وست تكساس" أكثر من 3 دولارات إلى 79.1 دولار للبرميل.
