وصل الإعصار نول إلى اليابسة في جنوب الصين، الأحد، مصحوبا بأمطار غزيرة ورياح عاتية اجتاحت إقليم قوانغدونغ وهونغ كونغ المجاورة، مما أدى إلى إلغاء رحلات جوية في مطار هونغ كونغ الدولي.

وقالت السلطات السبت إن الإعصار أجبر أكثر من 340 ألف شخص على النزوح في إقليم قوانغدونغ.

وذكر مرصد هونغ كونغ الأحد أن الإعصار يفقد قوته مع توغله أكثر داخل اليابسة، مضيفا أن الرياح العاتية لا تزال تؤثر على أجزاء كبيرة من المدينة.

وقال مسؤولون في مطار هونغ كونغ إن الرحلات الجوية ستبدأ الاستئناف تدريجيا بعد الساعة السادسة مساء الأحد.
