أعلن الجيش الأميركي الخميس، أنه بدأ بشن هجمات على إيران لليلة الثالثة عشرة تواليا.

وأفاد بيان للقيادة المركزية الأميركية على منصة اكس أن "القوات الأميركية بدأت ليلة جديدة من الضربات ضد أهداف عسكرية إيرانية عند الساعة 6,45 مساء بتوقيت الساحل الشرقي للولايات المتحدة اليوم (22,45 ت غ)"، مضيفة أن هذه "الضربات تهدف إلى محاسبة إيران والحد من التهديدات التي يشكلها الحرس الثوري الإسلامي على حركة الملاحة التجارية".
