دعت مسؤولة السياسة الخارجية للاتحاد الأوروبي كايا كالاس الخميس الحوثيين المدعومين من إيران في اليمن إلى "الكفّ" عن مهاجمة السفن في البحر الأحمر، بعد استهدافهم ناقلة نفط سعودية.

واعتبرت كالاس في بيان أن "الهجوم على ناقلة نفط في البحر الأحمر أمر غير مقبول وغير شرعي، ويؤجج الوضع المتوتر أصلا في المنطقة".
