الجيش يحبط محاولة تهريب كمية مخدرات كبيرة بواسطة بالونات

أحبطت المنطقة العسكرية الشرقية، فجر الثلاثاء، على إحدى واجهاتها وضمن منطقة مسؤوليتها، محاولة تهريب كمية كبيرة من المواد المخدرة محمّلة بواسطة بالونات موجّهة.

وجرى رصد البالونات من قبل وحدات حرس الحدود، والتعامل معها وإسقاطها مع حمولتها داخل الأراضي الأردنية، بالتنسيق مع الأجهزة الأمنية والعسكرية وإدارة مكافحة المخدرات، فيما حُوّلت المضبوطات إلى الجهات المختصة لاتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة.

وتواصل القوات المسلحة الأردنية – الجيش العربي تسخير قدراتها وإمكاناتها كافة للتصدي لمختلف أشكال عمليات التسلل والتهريب، بما يحافظ على أمن المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية واستقرارها.
