"التطوير الحضري" تمدد إعفاء 50 % من القيمة الإدارية للمباني المأهولة حتى نهاية العام

أعلنت المؤسسة العامة للإسكان والتطوير الحضري، تمديد فترة منح إعفاء بنسبة 50% من القيمة الإدارية للمباني المأهولة في مشاريع أراضي الخزينة، حتى 31 كانون الأول 2026، تماشيا مع قرار مجلس الوزراء وتسهيلا على المواطنين.

وقالت المؤسسة، إن الإعفاء يشمل مشاريع أراضي الخزينة في محي والقطرانة في محافظة الكرك، مشروع البتراوي في محافظة الزرقاء، ومشروع المحمدية في محافظة معان.

ودعت أصحاب المباني المأهولة في هذه المشاريع إلى الاستفادة من الخصم والتسهيلات الممنوحة لهم خلال فترة التمديد الإضافية.

وأوضحت أن حزمة التسهيلات الأخرى، التي تشمل التقسيط لمدة 10 سنوات من دون دفعة أولى ومن دون فائدة، ما تزال سارية خلال فترة التمديد.
