نشرت وزارة الاتصال الحكومي أبرز ملامح مشروع قانون تنظيم العمل المهني لسنة 2026، الذي وافق مجلس النواب على إحالته إلى لجنة العمل والتنمية الاجتماعية والسكان النيابية لمناقشته.

ويهدف المشروع إلى تنظيم سوق العمل المهني والتقني والعاملين فيه، من خلال اشتراط الحصول على شهادة مزاولة مهنة لخريجي مؤسسات التدريب المهني، وترخيص مزودي خدمات التدريب المهني والتقني، واعتماد البرامج التدريبية والمدربين من وزارة العمل.

كما يتضمن المشروع إيجاد نافذة واحدة للتنسيق مع الجهات المختصة لتحقيق شروط الترخيص، والإشراف على تنفيذ البرامج وتنظيم الاختبارات المهنية ومزاولات المهنة، وتعزيز الرقابة والتفتيش على المنشآت المهنية.
