قالت المفوضية الأوروبية، الاثنين، إنها أطلقت مبادرة مع 15 شريكا لتقديم مساعدات لقطاع غزة بقيمة 883.6 مليون يورو (مليار دولار).

وأضافت أن "مبادرة فريق غزة"، التي أطلقت خلال اجتماع (مجموعة المانحين لفلسطين) في بروكسل، ستدعم مشاريع التعافي المبكر الجارية والمخطط لها لصالح سكان غزة.

وأوضحت المفوضية أن 12 دولة أوروبية واليابان انضمت إلى المبادرة، إلى جانب البنك الدولي والبنك الأوروبي للاستثمار.
