أعلنت الحكومة الروسية، اليوم الأحد، إعادة تفعيل الضريبة على صادرات القمح بعد أسبوع واحد من إعفاء الصادرات منها، في ظل توقعات بانخفاض الإنتاج العالمي واستمرار الضغوط على الإمدادات خلال الموسم الزراعي 2026-2027، بما يعزز الرقابة على حركة الصادرات.

وقالت الحكومة الروسية في بيان، إن القرار جاء بعد ارتفاع السعر المرجعي للقمح الروسي في أسواق التصدير من 233.8 دولار إلى 239.4 دولار للطن، متجاوزًا المستوى الذي يفرض تلقائيًا إعادة تطبيق الضريبة وفق الآلية المعتمدة منذ عام 2020.
