تباشر أمانة عمّان الكبرى تنفيذ أعمال تعبيد ليلية في شارع الاستقلال، اعتباراً من الساعة 12 منتصف هذه الليلة، وذلك ضمن خطتها لإعادة تأهيل الشوارع الرئيسية في المناطق التابعة لها.

وأكد المدير التنفيذي للطرق المهندس سليمان الشمري أن أعمال التعبيد في شارع الاستقلال ستكون من جسر القصور ولغاية نفق الداخلية .

وأشار الى أنه سيتم تنفيذ الأعمال في الفترة الليلية لتجنب الازدحامات المرورية والحفاظ على انسيابية الحركة المرورية، وضمان إنجاز التعبيد بالشكل المطلوب، و ذلك بالتنسيق مع ادارة السير لتنظيم الحركة المرورية وإعداد التحويلات اللازمة في المواقع، بما يضمن سلامة مستخدمي الطريق.
