أحبطت المنطقة العسكرية الشمالية، أمس الأربعاء، محاولة تسلل شخص على إحدى واجهاتها الحدودية الشمالية، أثناء محاولته اجتياز الحدود بطريقة غير مشروعة.

وجرى رصد الشخص من قِبل قوات حرس الحدود، حيث تم تطبيق قواعد الاشتباك المعمول بها، وإلقاء القبض عليه، وتحويله إلى الجهات المختصة لاتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة بحقه.

وتؤكد القوات المسلحة الأردنية – الجيش العربي، أنها مستمرة في التعامل بكل حزم وقوة مع مختلف أشكال التسلل والتهريب، حفاظًا على أمن المملكة واستقرارها، وحماية حدودها من أي تهديد.
