أسفر هطول أمطار غزيرة عن تشكل فيضانات في منطقة قوانغشي جنوبي الصين تسببت بمصرع أربعة أشخاص وفقدان ثمانية.

ووفقا لوكالة الأنباء الصينية (شينخوا)، شهدت كل من مدينة هنغتشو ومحافظة بينيانغ، الخاضعتين هطول أمطار غزيرة على مدار 24 ساعة تجاوزت المعدلات الطبيعية تأثر بها 84700 شخص وجرى إجلاء 53808 أشخاص، فيما لا تزال عمليات نقل أشخاص آخرين مستمرة. وفي محافظة بينيانغ، جرى إجلاء جميع الأشخاص الذين كانوا بحاجة للإجلاء، وعددهم 8150.
